In This Reality
The fact that we can say with confidence that James Comey, James Clapper, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and likely Adam Schiff were all leakers to the media at some point in the last year tells us a lot about their integrity and their intentions. This isn’t something hypothetical or speculative but known fact as reported by the media. The people closest to creation and facilitation of the Trump/Russia investigation were strategically giving crucial bits of information to the media for reasons unknown, but presumably to perpetuate a specific narrative. When we get right down to it, this is simply inexcusable and most certainly illegal.
Let’s take this a step further and recognize that the Trump/Russia collusion fallacy is now in its umpteenth month and even with all the leaks that were given to the media, zero evidence exists that Trump and his campaign’s interactions with Russia were either illicit or nefarious. By the end of all the many probes into the topic, the Trump/Russia question will likely be the single most investigated issue to ever occur in American History. Countless journalists have dedicated every waking moment to uncovering the unseen connections. Senate committees, a special counsel, the FBI, CIA, NSA and the IG have all either completed or are currently investigating this in some way, yet nothing. How can this be? The only way it can be is if Donald Trump was clean. An innocent man.
The media in its complete disregard for the basic tenets of journalism have taken every leak presented to them by these now documented liars and reported them to their audiences without the slightest bit of critical analysis or verification of truth. D.C. journalists see James Comey and Adam Schiff as the good guys fighting Donald Trump -- the Russian puppet. The very notion that Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin to win the 2016 election is a presupposition to the American mainstream media echo machine. They have covered it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without fail for a year, they staked every shred of credibility they had on it. They believed it because men like James Clapper assured them it was so and because they wanted to believe it. The intelligentsia of D.C., the elites, and their media forgot to check their biases. This country spent two years allowing a lie to dictate our every waking moment. Congratulations.
Frankly, I am not even angry or annoyed by the Democrats anymore. For two years now they have believed themselves to hold some kind of moral high-ground. All they have been doing is aiding the darkest, most corrupt aspects of our system use them as the tools to unseat the duly elected president. The only reason the Trump/Russia lie was started in the first place was to attempt a coup before the power of government could be transitioned to Donald Trump. This is not a conspiracy theory, it is a reasonable conclusion drawn from the facts that surround this whole ordeal. The political and media establishment have whipped the American people into a frenzy and used them as pawns to trigger the impeachment process. Utterly repugnant.
Simply think about the gravity and certainty of the evidence you would want Donald Trump to have in his possession before he authorized the use of United States’ spy capabilities on the person he runs against in 2020. I would guess a reasonable citizen expects there to be incontrovertible, hard evidence of the most heinous crimes and even then it would challenge the idea of a free and fair election. In the 2016 election, Democrats spied on Donald Trump, his campaign, and his family. There is absolutely no evidence spying was merited and incontrovertible evidence they broke the law to do so. If the Left doesn’t have the self-awareness to be embarrassed and ashamed why should I waste any of my time trying to hold a mirror to their faces? It shouldn’t matter, at this point, how trapped in the delusion the most irrational among us are.
What matters is what we can do about it. The investigation led by Robert Mueller must come to a swift end (all collected evidence and testimony should be made public) and a second special counsel must be appointed to investigate the entirety of the Crisis the American political system has faced over the last two years. It must begin with the investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private server. The IG will be reporting shortly on the propriety of the actions of those involved in that initial investigation. From there we will need a comprehensive report on how and why the Trump/Russia collusion investigation was allowed to manifest itself in the media and how it became the second McCarthyist hysteria we have had to face as a nation.
Lastly, Trump supporters need to put their foot down and take back the narrative from Mainstream Media conspiracy theorists and liars who prop up the Establishment that has been teetering now for a while. Only our unified and informed voice can topple the powers that be once and for all. No longer do Democrats hold power, it is time we start acting like it. All the actors in Hollywood and Pundits in D.C. cannot change the fact that Donald Trump is in the White House, Proud Americans like us put him there and we are going to Make America Great Again. There is no lie they can tell, great or small, that can stop us.
